- 2 medium Sweet Onions, peeled and halved
- 1 tsp Vegetable Oil
- 24 ounces Sour Cream
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Preheat oven to 350◦F. On a roasting pan, drizzle onions with oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast in oven for 1 hour. Allow to cool.
- In the bowl of your food processor, combine cooked onions and sour cream. Pulse until smooth or desired consistency. Season with salt and pepper and chill for 1 hour.
- Serve with your favorite chips or vegetables
